Traineeships for 16–24-year-olds A career programme with work experience, qualifications, and a training allowance!   A Traineeship is an extended work placement programme, designed to help you gain experience, develop workplace skills, and build your CV to get into employment. With a focus on real work experience as well as skills, find out what an LSBI Traineeship could do for you.     We will support you every step of the way, starting with pre-employment training which will help you develop the skills employers are looking for. We will place you with a supportive employer to complete your work experience, keep track of your progress and provide further training.
