CSR & ESG Leadership Workshop
Overview
The CSR & ESG Leadership Workshop helps leaders distinguish purpose, corporate responsibility, sustainability management and formal disclosure. Participants explore how environmental and social matters connect with governance, strategy, risk, performance and stakeholder trust.
The workshop is grounded in the current reporting landscape, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 and the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards issued in February 2026. It also addresses credible claims, data controls and the practical risk of greenwashing. The emphasis is on proportionate action rather than producing a generic sustainability report.
