Executive Leadership & Entrepreneurship Programme(Signature Programme)
Overview
The Executive Leadership & Entrepreneurship Programme is designed for people who must lead while also creating: founders shaping a venture, owner-managers scaling a business and executives developing a new proposition inside an established organisation.
The programme brings together strategic leadership, customer discovery, business models, finance, digital innovation, governance and people leadership. Participants apply each theme to a live opportunity and finish with a realistic action plan supported by evidence, milestones and measures.

Teaching and assessment
The recommended format combines facilitated workshops, peer challenge, leadership diagnostics, coaching and practical experiments. Participants should apply tools to their own organisation while using anonymised information where confidentiality is required.
Assessment should be developmental rather than examination-led: a short leadership portfolio, evidence from customer or stakeholder validation, a finance exercise and a final action plan or pitch reviewed against published criteria.
Entry requirements
No particular regulated qualification is proposed as a universal entry requirement. Applicants should normally have responsibility for a business, team, product, project or entrepreneurial opportunity and be able to contribute relevant experience.
LSBI may use a short application statement or discussion to confirm fit. It should publish any experience, English-language or technology requirements before enrolment.
Progression and career relevance
Participants leave with a practical growth or venture plan and a continuing leadership-development agenda. They may progress to further executive education, mentoring or a regulated Level 7 management qualification if they meet its separate entry requirements.
Award
Participants who meet the approved attendance and completion requirements receive the proposed LSBI Executive Certificate in Leadership and Entrepreneurship. It is an internal professional-development award and carries no RQF level or regulated credit.
